Amazon’s International Technology - Partner Growth Experience (PGX) team is building innovative Agentic AI solutions team where you'll work on state-of-art Agentic technologies that directly impact millions of Amazon users. As a Software Development Engineer, you'll build collaborative AI solutions powered by specialized agents that deliver seamless, personalized support at scale. You'll drive technical excellence and innovation while working alongside internationally recognized experts to develop novel solutions in Generative and Agentic AI.
Key job responsibilities
As part of our team in Amazon PGX, you will work alongside internationally recognized experts to develop solutions to advance the state-of-the-art in Generative and Agentic AI. Your work will directly impact millions of our users in the form of products and services that improves their experience. You will gain hands on experience with Amazon’s native/partnered Large Language Models (LLMs), technologies like AgentCore, AgentMemory, Strands and Model Context Protocol (MCPs). We are also looking for talents with experiences/expertise in building large-scale and high-performing systems.
About the team
PGX is building an Agentic AI team focusing on building solutions to improve Selling Partner and Retail Employee User Experience. These solutions are intended to scale and significantly elevate end user experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
