About the role
The Key Account Manager (KAM) role will be dual focused, with 2 core objectives; to maximise the volume of new and incremental business secured for Adecco Poland, and to ensure that operational delivery is maintained at the highest quality.
The Key Account Manager will be required to deliver against the planned revenue, margin and total operating profit targets including EVA Light, all debt and payments issues, as well as agreed client SLA's and targets. The role requires the forecasting of monthly revenue against budget including recruitment and productivity targets. You will work with your Sector Director and other senior managers within the wider Adecco Group to develop business plans, processes and internal Service Level Agreements. You will also take responsibility for customer satisfaction within your allocated accounts, putting agreed action plans in place where necessary. In addition, you will need to generate new opportunities within your accounts and have a sales-orientated focus at all times.
Given the complexity of the solutions and relationships with clients at this level, you will have a solid understanding of the delivery models required to meet service level agreements and expectations, and be able to build and sustain relationships over an extended period of time. This will include extensive knowledge of Master Vendor and On-site solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Establish networks that will help identify opportunities for developing current and additional business within your assigned portfolio or area of focus;
Take full responsibility for the sales activity within the portfolio and drive increased share of client spend;
Assist in the introduction of new products and business lines into the client(s), under the direction and guidance of the Group subject matter experts;
Assist and support the Adecco Group Sales teams and drive new sales opportunities within your respective account(s), where relevant
Assist in the creation of account business plans for specific clients in line with the Adecco Corporate business strategy.
Qualify job roles and service requirements, ensure that the delivery function serving your accounts have all necessary information and contact to maximise any revenue opportunity;
Create, manage and maintain the key client contacts at all levels to ensure regular communication with all key Adecco departments and Adecco Corporate leadership team;
Act as point of referral for escalation of client issues;
Ensure client invoicing is undertaken in accordance with contract terms and timescales;
Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the Sector Director
Build and maintain strong business relationships with all key decision makers and facilitate regular meetings with key Adecco Group personnel ensuring a productive and effective working relationship;
Drive sales, quality of service, cost of delivery and compliance by providing and monitoring KPI’s on all aspects of the service;
Ensure regular service/performance reviews are performed with the client at all levels;
Ensure DSO performance for each account is in line with agreed contractual terms;
Constantly recognise and action opportunities for improving profitability on accounts in line with company goals and strategy.
Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements and complies with financial legislative requirements e.g. statutory, reporting, tax etc)
Identify and eliminate non value-added services /activities at every level within the business operation.
About you
Work experience
Previous experience of recruitment delivery within complex client delivery models
Customer relationship / operations management experience within a high-demand service industry
Skills
Numerate and detail-conscious and the ability to understand company issued P&L Accounts for clients and delivery operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
High level of self-motivation - hard working, willing to travel, able to respond well to pressure, tight deadlines and flexible hours in order to achieve agreed objectives
