Project Manager (Ford)
VML Canada is looking for a Project Manager to support the Ford of Canada Retail business in Toronto. This is an intermediate-level role for a hands-on project manager who thrives in fast-paced, integrated agency environments and enjoys bringing complex, multi-channel work to life.
What You’ll Do
Project Execution & Delivery
Manage day-to-day project execution across multiple workstreams and channels including Print, Broadcast, CRM, and Digital
Partner with the Account team and Senior Project Manager to deliver work on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Build and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and workflows
Liaise with creative and production partners to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of assets
Assemble presentation decks, marketing plans, and project documentation
Prepare and manage legal, claims, and offer reviews as well as trafficking documentation
Communication & Coordination
Distribute materials to internal teams, clients, vendors, legal partners, and agency partners
Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and next steps clearly and consistently
Capture and distribute meeting notes, follow-ups, assets, and client requests
Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation and server folders
Financial & Process Support
Support project estimates, billing, and budget tracking
Maintain reports related to project status, estimates, and billing
Follow established project management processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Who You Are
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
A collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional partners
Confident in an executional role, with an appetite to grow into more senior responsibilities
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
A clear and effective communicator
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of project management experience in advertising or marketing communications, ideally at a creative agency
Experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Solid understanding of agency workflows, production processes, and operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint; MS Project experience is an asset
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus
Automotive or retail marketing experience is an asset
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

$45,000 - $95,000 CAD
