Key Responsibilities:
Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
Requirements:
Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with B2 English proficiency.
Attributes: Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
