What You’ll Own
You will be at the center of operations, driving performance through data, automation, and insight.
Build and scale reporting systems that directly influence business decisions
Lead and develop a team of analysts into high-performing, accountable operators
Identify inefficiencies across workflows and eliminate manual work through automation
Own productivity insights across the business (utilization, attendance, output)
Design dashboards that don’t just display data — but drive action
Introduce and implement AI-driven reporting and predictive insights
Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance at scale
What Success Looks Like

What You Need to Win
We’re looking for someone who combines technical ability, leadership, and business thinking.
3–5+ years in Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
2-5 years leading a team and driving performance
Advanced proficiency in:
Excel / Google Sheets
Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
Experience building automations (Zapier, scripts, workflows, integrations)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data into business decisions and strategy
High attention to detail with a bias for accuracy and efficiency
Bonus (but powerful):
Experience using AI tools for reporting, automation, or analysis
