About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst who is responsible for the full lifecycle management of customer and backbone telecommunications circuits, including DIA, broadband, MPLS, wavelength, and other transport services.
This role serves as the primary liaison between internal Sales, Engineering, Data Center Operations, and external carrier partners to ensure accurate quoting, timely provisioning, and proactive escalation management through installation and FOC (Firm Order Commitment).
This position owns circuit inventory accuracy and delivery timeline governance.
How You Will Make An Impact
Quoting & Sales Support
• Work directly with Sales and Sales Engineering to:
o Gather technical requirements from engineering
o Identify optimal carrier options
o Solicit and compare carrier quotes (DIA, broadband, MPLS, Ethernet, etc.)
• Present quote comparisons (cost, term, install interval, SLA)
• Ensure pricing alignment with margin targets
Order Management & Provisioning
• Submit carrier orders and manage through entire lifecycle:
o LOA/CFA management
o Contract review and signature routing
o Construction tracking
o FOC date management
• Own carrier check-ins on open orders
• Proactively communicate risks or delays to stakeholders
• Maintain install tracker with milestone visibility
Escalation & Carrier Accountability
• Serve as an escalation point for:
o Delayed installs
o Missed FOC dates
o Chronic trouble tickets
o SLA violations
• Coordinate carrier executive escalations when needed
• Track chronic carrier performance trends
• Drive post-install service stabilization
Circuit Inventory & Database Management
• Own master circuit inventory database:
o Customer circuits
o Backbone circuits
o DIA and broadband circuits
o Internal DC connectivity
• Ensure accurate documentation of:
o Circuit IDs
o IP assignments
o Billing details
o Contract terms
o Renewal dates
• Reconcile billing vs. active inventory
• Support renewal strategy planning
Financial & Contract Governance
• Review carrier contracts for:
o Install charges
o NRC/MRC accuracy
o SLA commitments
o Early termination risk
• Track renewal windows
• Support renegotiations
• Audit billing discrepancies
What You Will Bring To The Table
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years telecom circuit ordering/management experience
• Familiarity working with carriers such as AT&T, Lumen, Comcast, Verizon, etc.
• Experience managing LOA/CFA processes
• Strong Excel management skills
• Exceptional vendor management and follow-through skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working for an MSP or carrier
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or order tracking systems
• Familiarity with telecom expense management platforms
• Experience reconciling telecom billing
