Title: CPT-10561 Senior Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist
Independent Contractor – Marketing VA / Senior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and execution-focused Senior Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and execute a storytelling-driven social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This is a hands-on role requiring active content creation, light video editing, repurposing, scheduling, optimization, and workflow management. The ideal candidate understands short-form content strategy, platform-native growth, and storytelling-based branding.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Social Media Management & Content Execution
Manage daily posting and scheduling across all platforms
Create and publish:
Reels (short-form videos)
Carousels
Stories
Draft basic video scripts aligned with brand tone
Develop monthly content plans aligned with strategic content pillars
Coordinate with video editors on revisions and approvals
Perform light video editing (cutting clips, adding captions, formatting)
Repurpose long-form and past content into short-form formats
Create content from provided themes, talking points, or frameworks
Develop strong hooks, captions, and storytelling outlines
Create mood boards for location-based content
Batch edit and organize content for monthly rollout
Organize and categorize content from cloud storage systems
Community Management & Lead Handling
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs
Actively engage with followers on reels and stories
Build and manage ManyChat (or similar) automations
Identify and qualify potential leads and inquiries
Support growth of additional brand accounts under the same portfolio
Assist in launching and managing new niche-focused brand accounts
Content Planning & Strategy
Maintain a dynamic content calendar
Prepare monthly reel, carousel, and story plans
Develop storylines, hooks, captions, and scripting outlines
Integrate long-term storytelling arcs into content strategy
Conduct influencer research and present recommendations
Plan collaborations and partnerships 30–45 days in advance
Analytics & Reporting
Provide weekly performance insights
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports covering:
Engagement
Growth metrics
Lead generation
Key actions taken
Deliver monthly trend reports (hooks, formats, tools, content types)
Prepare materials for monthly performance review calls
Workflow & Production Management
Manage structured monthly workflow including:
Mid-month performance review preparation
Monthly planning and presentation
Batch editing and approval submissions
Coordinating filming schedules and voiceover requests
Manage 2–4 week forward planning for content production and collaborations
Ensure next month’s content is prepared before month-end
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
3+ years of Social Media Management & Content Creation experience
Proven experience creating reels, carousels, and story content
Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form formats
Light video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms
Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability
Experience with ManyChat or similar automation tools (preferred)
Highly organized with strong deadline management skills
Strong English communication and writing skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Work Schedule
Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Scheduled Working Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional flexibility for launches/content days)
Daily Working Time: Flexible (to be confirmed by the client). Must be available for overlapping hours to support collaboration as needed.
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
