T-CPT-10564 Digital Marketing and Website Management Specialist
Independent Contractor – [Technical VA / Senior - Advanced Level] (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and SEO for multiple client accounts. You’ll execute campaigns based on our strategy, optimise performance, and report clearly on results. Experience with email marketing and online course platforms is a strong bonus.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
1. Google Ads Management (priority)
Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and remarketing where relevant).
Perform ongoing keyword research, negative keyword management, bid/budget adjustments, and ad copy testing.
Monitor performance daily/weekly and implement optimisation actions to improve CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking (with support from us/clients where needed).
Prepare concise performance reports with insights and recommended next steps.
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management (priority)
Create and manage Meta ad campaigns (traffic, leads, sales, engagement) across Facebook and Instagram.
Build and optimise audiences (interest, custom and lookalike) and creative variations.
Test hooks, copy, creatives, placements, and landing pages to improve performance.
Monitor and adjust campaigns regularly to hit agreed KPIs.
Provide clear summaries of what’s working, what’s not, and what you recommend testing next.
3. SEO (priority)
Conduct keyword research and map target keywords to pages.
Implement on-page SEO recommendations (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text, content structure).
Provide recommendations for content optimisation and basic technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexability, core issues) for implementation by our dev/content teams.
Use tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEO tools) to monitor rankings, traffic and identify opportunities.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with strong results (please share examples or account types you’ve worked on).
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, especially on-page SEO and keyword research.
Confident using analytics and ads dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
Strong written English and ability to produce clear, concise reports.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with an Australian-based team.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus)
Experience in any of the following is a plus (not mandatory, but please highlight if you have it):
Mailchimp: Building and scheduling campaigns from supplied copy/creative, basic segmentation and reporting.
WordPress: Comfortable updating content, implementing SEO recommendations, and working with popular themes/builders.
Online course platforms (e.g. Thinkific): Uploading lessons, updating course content, and basic funnel/checkout checks.

Work Schedule
Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
Daily Working Time: Australia Time zone
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
