Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:
Work on-site 4-5 days per week in Springfield, VA
Serve as the focal point for all tasks supporting the development, implementation, execution, maintenance, sustainment, and management of the client’s certification program
Plan and document the development, implementation, execution, maintenance, sustainment, and management requirements of the client’s certification program and institutional accreditation and ensure they are identified and included in planning, programming, and budgeting process
Coordinate the identification of the client’s certification program resource requirements and prepare for submission in the program build
Identify and quantify certification program education, training, and renewal requirements including associated costs for time required for professional development and incorporate into planning, programming and budgeting documents
Design, develop, and implement a plan for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the client’s certification program
Coordinate the development of a position review that will identify and categorize client positions to be included in the client’s certification program according to the requirements and prescribed format
Engage with client senior leadership to convey strategic workforce planning

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
7+ years of demonstrated experience developing tradecraft competencies and engaging with analysts, training bodies, and leadership to advance tradecraft development and strategic human capital initiatives
5+ years demonstrated experience leading credentialing program management office functions
1+ year(s) of demonstrated experience working in the arena of applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
3+ years developing and maintaining compliance with third-party bodies such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying Agencies
Prior experience working with classification markings for clients in the federal government sector
