What You Will Do As Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and scaling our FP&A function. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the CFO, you will own core planning and forecasting activities, act as a trusted business partner, and help modernise FP&A processes and systems. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical depth with commercial thinking and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights Lead forecasting, reforecasting, and budgeting processes Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support decision-making Develop and improve financial models for planning and performance analysis Collaborate closely with Accounting, Revenue operations and People team to ensure consistency and data quality across reporting Contribute to the modernisation of FP&A systems and tools, including the selection and implementation of a financial planning solution Support strategic projects and M&A initiatives, including financial analysis, and due diligence Support the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting quality, and transparency You will be great for this position if you have Solid (5-7 years) experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial planning, ideally combining: Big 4 experience (Manager level or similar), and/or In-house FP&A / controlling experience in a dynamic environment Good understanding of key metrics relevant for SAAS/ software product and corresponding drivers Chartered Accountancy (WP/ ACA qualification is a plus) Strong commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Confidence working independently with a high level of ownership Interest in systems, tools, and process improvement (experience with BI tools is a plus) Experience in a PE-led or PE portfolio company is a strong advantage Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required) This role requires an in-office presence four days per week, based in either our Berlin or Munich office.
