HOW A PROGRAM  COORDINATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT In this role you will: •Provide technical, administrative, and operational support contractor leadership •Participates in the execution of technical project plans, reports, and task order and administrative reporting •Supports planning efforts and provides recommendations on program events •Interacts with various levels of both the contractor and government program management office to support taskings and requests for information •Supports development and quality assurance of project deliverables and products •Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. •Participates in special projects as required. EDUCATION/EXPEREINCE BA/BS and 2+ years of related job experience or an equivalent combination of years of experience and education. REQUIRED SKILLS •Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise. •Outstanding time management – ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes •Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives •Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite •Previous federal contracting experience. Previous experiences supporting Department of Defense (DOD) Programs is preferred. •Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
