As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you’ll learn how to build a pipeline, connect with top ecommerce brands, and master the foundations of B2B sales. You’ll be learning by doing: with real support, coaching, and clear goals. Your Key Responsibilities: Cold call and connect: Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking prospects and spark meaningful conversations Drive business: Book intro meetings with e-commerce brands and build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives Learn fast: Get structured onboarding and hands-on coaching on outreach tactics, objection handling, and sales strategy Work in an international team: Join a diverse group of teammates from across Europe, based in our Berlin HQ Own your impact: Track your progress, hit clear goals, and grow in a team that celebrates your wins Who we’re looking for Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills (written and spoken) Has sales or cold calling experience, but not required Comfortable on the phone and motivated by clear targets Curious, coachable, and eager to learn fast in a scale-up environment Based in Berlin or ready to relocate: we’re an office-first team Why join Hive?
