Responsibilities
Responsible for the hiring of technical profiles from graduate to experienced level in different departments, for example trading, development, research and more
Reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting and conducting interviews
Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience and continuously improving our processes
Actively sourcing and establishing relationships with potential future hires
Support campus recruitment efforts at national and international events
Representing Da Vinci’s opportunities, values, and culture
Contributing beyond core recruitment tasks on broader projects such as employer branding, employee retention, onboarding and campus initiatives
Requirements
1 - 3 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of success
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proactive attitude and adaptability
Positive mindset, driven and passionate for what you do
Located in/willing to relocate to Amsterdam
Available for 40 hours a week on site
