We are looking for a full-time, dedicated, and passionate HRIS Customer Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. This person will be a core member of our customer success team, and will be well-positioned to succeed - the entire company from sales, customer success, product, and engineering are all aligned to make sure our customers are successful!
You will primarily lead new client onboarding for SMB clients for their first 30 days. To do this, you have empathy for people, can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely both via email and via video calls, are tech-savvy, and have the ability to ask probing questions. You will be measured on how successful clients get onboarded to Workstream via a balanced scorecard.
This is a remote position and based in the Philippines. We will have occasional gatherings of the entire team in Metro Manila (a few times a year), and an in-person 2-week training. You are expected to work during North America business hours to support our US-based customers night shift, to support US based customers. This is a customer-facing role, where you will be on video and voice calls Zoom calls (video on) with customers daily.
Day In The Life
Run scaled, defined implementations with our SMB HRIS customers.
Own the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
Lead multiple implementation calls daily with new customers
Setting accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders
Escalating high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Participating in cross-functional groups to establish enhancements to communications, tools, and products
Be an expert in Workstream, so you can guide new users and answer their questions
Keep track of client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in our success software
Incorporate internal and external feedback to drive continuous improvements in the onboarding process
Learn from your assigned clients to build and maintain templates
Who You Are
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and preferably have worked at software, restaurant technology, or HR technology companies.
Can adapt and remain flexible with ever-changing processes
Willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty attitude; no job is too big or too small.
You excel under high pressure in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Top-tier communication skills across email, phone, and video conferencing.
Ability to both interpret customer questions and provide pointed answers tailored to their needs.
Ability to capture customer feedback and recognize key areas for improvement in our internal processes.
High-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 20 Mbps). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results for your main and backup connections
Must be willing to attend occasional meetings in Metro Manila
