About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Service Engineer (Microsoft 365) to join our Enterprise Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain exposure to enterprise IT operations within a fast-growing fintech company at the forefront of the digital asset and crypto industry. In this role, you will support our internal IT infrastructure with a focus on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 security, and identity access controls. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a high-performance environment and contribute to our broader mission of delivering secure, efficient, and scalable technology services. What you'll do: Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction. Endpoint Management: Administer and maintain end-user devices using Microsoft 365 Endpoint Manager and related tools. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Assist with the management of user identities, roles, and access rights via Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). IT Asset Management: Support the tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and decommissioning. Security Operations: Help enforce security standards across IT services, including Microsoft 365 security configurations such as Conditional Access, Email Quarantine, and Endpoint Protection. User Awareness: Promote best practices in cybersecurity through user support and training initiatives. What we're looking for: 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, including endpoint and mobile device management Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Endpoint Manager, Defender, and Azure/Entra ID Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern IT service management practices Strong understanding of security fundamentals and a proactive approach to risk mitigation Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities Capable of supporting users both on-site and remotely Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Automate, Confluence, and Jira is a plus Recent graduates with relevant technical knowledge and strong interest in IT and cybersecurity are encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
