Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Associate to convert qualified leads into active clients within the digital assets and crypto space. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will engage warm leads, understand client trading or custody needs, and guide them through the onboarding process to successful activation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the crypto ecosystem, is confident discussing digital asset products, and is motivated by revenue growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify warm leads generated by the Business Development team (institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients).
Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ digital asset strategies, needs, custody requirements, and risk considerations.
Present and position the company’s crypto products and services clearly and confidently.
Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement through KYC/onboarding to account activation.
Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logs in CRM.
Monitor market trends in digital assets and competitor offerings to strengthen sales conversations.
Achieve individual conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within crypto, fintech, financial services, or capital markets.
Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain fundamentals, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Experience handling institutional or professional client conversations is preferred.
Comfortable discussing market volatility, risk management, and regulatory considerations.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Highly organised with disciplined pipeline management.
Experience using CRM systems.
