You Will: prepare and coordinate the flow of personnel documents across Polish and international RTB House entities; coordinate the hiring process for new Employees and Associates; participate in the creation, review, and updating of internal procedures; coordinate the preparation of documentation related to work permits for foreign employees; manage time tracking, attendance, absences, and the settlement of leaves and sick leaves; cooperate with accounting offices on payroll-related matters; support the preparation of internal reports, analyses, and summaries for business needs. Desired Experience: at least three years of experience in a similar role (experience with personnel documentation in foreign markets will be an advantage), experience in payroll calculation, excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level), knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered a plus, practical knowledge of MS Office applications, knowledge of social security and personal income tax regulations will be an asset, good organizational skills, responsibility and teamwork skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines,conscientiousness and reliability in performing assigned duties.
