You will : Identify new sales opportunities (direct and agencies) and convert them into RTB House customers Acquire, build, and grow accounts by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close Develop relationships with key decision-makers of advertisers and within the advertising/media agencies environment Work closely with marketing, account management, and technical teams to ensure unified vision when corresponding with customers Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals accordingly to the sales plan and comprehensively expand portfolio of RTB House’s new customers Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction Desired Experience: A minimum of 3-year sales experience in a B2B environment Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills Good communicator and work successfully within a team environment Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations Successful experience utilizing CRM to manage sales pipeline Good understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and RTB model Business level English and Korean We Offer: Unique opportunity to join an award-winning, fast-growing tech company in online advertising; Ability to work in a truly international environment and win the market with the best people; Great environment for growth and professional development; Being part of the company which is pointed as the Innovation Leader on the market.
