The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:
Accounting Clerk - Accounts Receivable
Key Responsibilities:
Processing outgoing invoices and billing for hotel services and events
Monitoring and reconciling guest ledger and city ledger accounts
Posting and allocating incoming payments (bank transfers, credit cards, cash)
Following up on outstanding balances and managing the accounts receivable aging report
Communicating with corporate clients, travel agencies and partners regarding billing inquiries
Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
Preparing weekly and monthly receivable reports
Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable
Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment activity

Your Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in hotel or business management
Very good understanding of numbers
Very good MS-Office knowledge
Independence and team spirit
knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous

Competitive compensation: Receive an attractive salary, along with a guaranteed annual pay increase based on your performance
The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
