And you can too, so bring your energy to ours!   The   Manager   of Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance   is responsible   for   overseeing key cybersecurity functions and initiatives that support the company’s information security program.   The manager will l ead Risk and   Compliance , Identity   Management   and Data Protection   functions. T hey will t ranslate security strategy into operational execution, coordinate  cross functional   security activities, and ensure cybersecurity controls and processes align with business and regulatory requirements.   Your work will challenge you, and with our   v alues to guide you,   you’ll   quickly learn and grow with us.   Responsibilities/Expectations:   Safeguard s   the protection, availability, and resiliency of company systems and strategic digital assets Align s   cybersecurity operational practices with overall business   objectives   and strategy Collaborate s   with cross   enterprise stakeholders to strengthen incident response and recovery Facilitates the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services to provide a strong cybersecurity architecture to ensure confidentiality and meet business requirements Oversee s   the lifecycle management of all IAM technologies and their associated infrastructure, while assessing the broader impact of current decisions related to user access, data access, and information security Lead s  enterprise-wide   cybersecurity risk assessments, penetration testing and   third-party   risk analysis Train s   and educate s   employees on cybersecurity awareness and compliance requirements Other duties as assigned   Education/Years of Experience:   Required: Bachelor's degree and minimum of seven (7) years' experience in IT, including a minimum of two (2) years in a formal or informal leadership role Preferred:   Bachelor’s degree in   Computer Science , Computer Engineering, Management Information   Systems   or related IT /Engineering Degree   Other Requirements:   Displays s trong leadership and ability to communicate across organizational levels Understands cybersecurity risk management principles, incident awareness and response coordination, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) fundamentals Manages c onflict resolution and negotiation Maintains a c ontinuous improvement mindset Thinks strategically   with  risk-based   judgment Experience with c hange management and adaptability Preferred: experience with p roject management Preferred: experience with b udget for e casting Preferred: e xperience using AI Security tools Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority   Preferred: Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, OSCP, CRISC) Preferred: Understanding of r egulatory controls (TSA Pipeline Security Directives, NERC CIP, SOX) About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S.   Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
