Back to jobs Network Support Engineer Bengaluru Apply TRG Screen is looking for a skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations, troubleshooting, and support, with a focus on maintaining high availability and performance of enterprise network systems. Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and uptime. Perform network performance tuning and capacity planning. Implement and maintain network security protocols and compliance standards. Manage network documentation, diagrams, and change control processes. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Assist in network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in network support or administration. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet devices. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios. Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent. Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure). Exposure to SD-WAN, VoIP, and wireless technologies.
