YOUR ROLE: Are you passionate about keeping systems running smoothly and securely behind the scenes? We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our APAC tech infrastructure. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to our CTO, you will take the lead in ensuring our IT systems are efficient, secure, and future-ready. This is more than just an IT support role, you will be driving the implementation and maintenance of our tools, platforms, and processes that power our people. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee day-to-day IT operations across our offices, including infrastructure, devices, and networks Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows, user access, and permissions across SaaS platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, GitHub, VPN, Notion) Plan, maintain, and evaluate IT systems, ensuring data security, network reliability, and robust backup processes Handle basic user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Maintain internal tooling configurations, IT documentation, and asset inventory Support audits and ensure compliance with security standards (e.g. ISO27001) Liaise with vendors and manage IT procurement to ensure cost-effective solutions Continuously identify and implement improvements to scale and secure our tech environment WHO YOU ARE: Proven working experience supporting an organisation's technology needs Experience with operating systems and platform patching and maintenance (Mac / Windows / Unix / Linux) Experience with automation and monitoring system Proficient in managing Microsoft 365, including user administration, access control, and security configurations Familiar with SaaS tools and workflows, including onboarding/offboarding, permission management, and internal tool configuration Linux / Unix – Command Line Interface (CLI) and system administration proficiency Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation (Routing, Firewalls, VPN, ...) Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 It would be a bonus if you have experience in the following: Cloud computing and virtualization concepts.
