Your Role As a Tech Lead Full Stack with a strong software architecture mindset, you will lead the technical delivery of digital products end-to-end hands-on when needed while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Lead the design and evolution of technological solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Drive architectural decisions and trade-offs (e.g., microservices vs. modular monolith), applying patterns such as DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, and event-driven approaches when relevant. Design, build and evolve APIs (REST), including versioning, contract-first practices (OpenAPI), backward compatibility, and robust error handling. Define and enforce engineering standards (clean code, test strategy, code reviews, observability, security practices, CI/CD). Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a strong delivery culture and raising the engineering bar across the team. Partner with Product, QA, UX and stakeholders to refine scope, assess technical risks, shape the roadmap, and deliver incrementally. Encourage AI-first engineering practices (e.g., Copilot/GenAI) with proper governance: quality gates, security, traceability, and testing. Who You Are 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or strong senior with leadership responsibilities). Strong backend expertise in Java (ideally 17/25+) or .net, with solid testing practices (JUnit/Mockito) and performance awareness. Strong frontend expertise in Angular (ideally 12+) with TypeScript, RxJS, frontend architecture, and performance best practices. Proven ability to design and communicate software architecture: microservices/modular monoliths, Clean/Hexagonal, SOLID principles, integration patterns, and API design. Strong engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, Git workflows, code review practices, observability (logs/metrics/traces), and secure-by-design mindset. Kafka/RabbitMQ, event-driven architectures, CQRS, saga/outbox patterns. Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP). OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and security best practices (OWASP). Experience in high-traffic systems, performance tuning, caching strategies. Experience working in AI-assisted engineering environments and setting quality/security guardrails. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence decisions and align teams. Professional English (B2+ preferred) for global collaboration and documentation.
