About the role We’re looking for an execution-focused People Operations professional to support the day-to-day administrative functions of People Ops. This role is designed to take operational workload off leadership so they can focus on strategy and organizational development. You’ll handle recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding workflows, benefits administration support, compliance tracking, and employee records management. This is a process-driven role focused on coordination, accuracy, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities - Recruiting Operations Coordinate hiring workflows (job postings, scheduling, tracking, offers). Manage offer letters, background checks, and hiring documentation in HR systems. Communicate with hiring teams and keep workflows moving. Support AI-driven recruiting processes (no interviewing required). Benefits & Employee Support Assist with benefits administration and monthly audits. Flag discrepancies and escalate issues. Provide Tier 1 responses to basic employee People Ops questions. Compliance & Records Track employment verifications, I-9 completion, and compliance deadlines. Maintain accurate employee records and system hygiene. Support audit readiness and documentation tracking. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding tasks, equipment requests, and system access. Ensure onboarding/offboarding checklists are completed accurately and on time. Documentation Maintain policies, templates, trackers, and process documentation. Preferred Experience HRIS experience (Rippling preferred) ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred) Experience supporting HR or People Ops workflows Strong comfort with documentation, trackers, and process-driven work Working Style Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with repeatable workflows and checklists Strong written communication Able to work independently and escalate issues when needed Success Looks Like Recruiting processes run smoothly with fewer bottlenecks Employee questions are handled quickly and consistently Records and compliance tasks stay accurate and audit-ready People Ops leadership spends less time on admin work and more on strategy Create a Job Alert Interested in building your career at Fresh Prints?
