As a partner and supplier of various premium automotive manufacturers, we support graphical interface development for high-end in car cluster instruments and infotainment systems. In addition to this, PARADOX CAT GmbH has increasingly participated in Proof of Concept projects and feasibility studies in the Human Machine Interaction (HMI) spectrum. Here, we focus on the implementation of new emerging technologies and their usability and implementation in the car of the future. You will: Build bridges between UX/UI, graphic designers and software developers and connect their worlds Deeply analyze design references and requirements and define a common understanding with customers Independently communicate with customers regarding technical solutions Find creative solutions to implement artistic visions and specifications within technical possibilities Bring high technical affinity and deep understanding of cutting-edge tools and modern 3D real-time rendering techniques Create optimized textures and shaders, implement behavior and design interfaces Contribute to the continuous improvement of the entire design asset pipeline and to increase the effectiveness of the entire team Maintain a good structure and sustainable care of the scenes and retain a clean versioning of the data, including formats and nomenclature Create scripts and automate workflows With precise communication and constructive collaboration with the customer and your team, you make sure all requirements are resolved in time and meet the customer's needs You have: Enthusiasm and high motivation to participate in the development of premium vehicles of the next generation and to experience your work on the displays of these vehicles Completed studies in media or computer science or a comparable qualification Experience in either Automotive HMI, Game Development, UX/UI or similar areas Experience in defining and optimizing graphics development processes knowledge of 3D engines and editors (e.g. Unity3D, Unreal, etc.) Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Blender, as well as with 2D tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma Experience with shader programming in GLSL, OpenGL ES Experience with script languages such as Lua and Python Experience with software version control such as Git Independent, structured working methods Sovereign demeanor and communication strength Command of written and spoken English (B2+) Nice to have: Experience in agile projects, e.g. Scrum, Kanban as well as tools such as Jira Experience in rapid prototyping Experience in After Effects and motion design Experience with HLSL shader programming We offer you: Working as part of a team of top technical professionals in an agile, self-organized way Exciting projects in the HMI environment with plenty of opportunity for you to drive your own personal and professional development Private health insurance (from Regina Maria) 1,500 € annual training budget and the company library at your disposal Hackathons, weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, and interest clubs Flexible working time model including home office 30 days of paid annual leave + 3 days additional leave for training purposes Well-being package subscription (gym membership discount plan and access to OpenUp) Regular team and company events Access to the exclusive employee discount platform Meal tickets #LI-MM1 #LI-Hybrid Create a Job Alert Interested in building your career at Paradox Cat GmbH?
