What You’ll Be Working On Your primary focus will be on dental restoration design cases, where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential. These case types form the backbone of our production work and are where new team members build a strong foundation. As you gain experience and demonstrate reliability, you will gradually be exposed to additional and more complex case types. Over time, this may include involvement in crown and bridge work, veneers, implant-related cases, and other advanced CAD designs. Key Responsibilities Design dental restoration cases using CAD software Accurately interpret prescriptions, case instructions, and design requirements Apply strong dental anatomy and lab fundamentals in a digital workflow Maintain consistent quality standards across assigned cases Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve case-related questions Follow established workflows, documentation, and quality controls Keep systems, files, and tools organized and audit-ready Contribute to continuous learning and process improvements within the team What We’re Looking For Completed a degree in any Engineering course is ideal. Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods - ideally a desktop gamer!
