You will be given responsibility in working alongside experienced professionals, supporting them in building, growing, and running aspects of FirstMind. You will have a passenger seat view of our journey of rapid growth. More tangibly you will: Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work. An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries. RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibility will be; Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool. Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind. Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs. Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice. Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected Advising on growth hacking opportunities Social media planning and content management Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.
