Who we are looking for: We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on technically challenging problems in a “tech startup-like” environment that is similar to that of a modern tech company solving impactful projects for our Armed Forces. More on what we are looking for: Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, and/or Artificial Intelligence with at least 6 years of working experience in developing software Experience working on large-scale software systems. Proficient in modern full-stack web application development. Passionate about engineering excellence and fostering a collaborative and team-oriented development approach. Possess a strong interest in building technology for public good. What you will do: Build relationships with our stakeholders and agencies and manage roadmaps for new and existing products. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Services in the SAF to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop bespoke software solutions that address them. Work effectively in a team that designs, develops, tests, and maintains useful software applications across the stack. Support your peers, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where everyone can grow and make a difference.
