This role is the primary strategic touchpoint for all domestic marketing approvals, ensuring that the NFL is represented with absolute consistency and excellence across broadcast partners and sponsors. ​The successful candidate will act as a high-level diplomat and brand steward, navigating a complex ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders in the media and sports industries. This person will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of creative feedback, synthesizing diverse stakeholder needs into clear brand direction, and protecting the League’s intellectual property in high-visibility environments. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires a unique blend of creative intuition, operational rigor, and professionalism to manage relationships with the world’s most prominent media organizations. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end review and approval process for all domestic creative executions, ensuring broadcast partners, media outlets, and sponsors adhere to NFL brand standards and institutional guidelines Serve as the central hub for the League’s internal ecosystem, synthesizing feedback from Legal, Sponsorship, BD and Marketing to deliver unified, actionable directives to external stakeholders Act as a subject matter expert on NFL brand identity, providing proactive consultancy to partners during the ideation & revision phases to minimize future revisions Evaluate and refine creative trafficking workflows and Asset Management processes to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and mitigate bottlenecks during peak season Manage complex relationships with partners at broadcast networks (e.g., CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN/Disney, Amazon) and Tier 1 sponsors, balancing partner objectives with League priorities Support the strategic integration of brand assets across major NFL broadcasts & events, managing high-volume, time-sensitive deliverables under rigorous deadlines Continually audit industry trends in sports media and partnership marketing to propose innovative ideas that elevate the NFL’s visual presence and drive operational excellence Deliver thought-leadership, bring new ideas around all areas of work to help drive efficiency and maintain best practices The position requires superior attention to detail, strong project and program management skills and the ability to oversee time sensitive deliverables Required Qualifications: 3–5+ years' of experience in brand management, marketing, or partnership marketing. Experience within a major sports league, premium entertainment property, or a high-volume agency is highly preferred Proven track record of enforcing strict brand guidelines across diverse media (Linear, Digital, Social, and Out-of-Home) while maintaining positive partner relationships Proven ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and manage conflicting priorities between multiple high-priority stakeholders Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal or brand feedback into clear and actionable creative execution A deep understanding of the sports media landscape and the NFL’s role within global culture; ability to anticipate how creative executions will be received by a diverse fan base Proactive, resourceful, self-starter Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize, and execute.
