THE ROLE
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Thermal Liquid Cooling to be based in our Secaucus, New Jersey office. This role will lead sourcing and supply chain execution for Thermal Liquid Cooling solutions supporting server and rack-level systems. You will partner closely with suppliers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness, cost transparency, and supply continuity across all design and NPI milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead RFQs with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers, including:
Costed BOMs
NPI development costs
Design change history across design milestones
Manage and track Thermal Liquid Cooling BOMs and part numbers throughout each phase of the design lifecycle
Own raw material readiness with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers:
Track and report material shortages
Partner with internal functions and suppliers to pull in delivery schedules
Proactively reduce supply chain risk
Release Thermal Liquid Cooling forecasts and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate delivery commitments
Partner with Thermal Liquid Cooling suppliers and engineering teams to:
Identify material readiness risks
Execute mitigation plans
Reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) exposure
Maintain structured trackers and reporting mechanisms to support planning, execution, and decision-making
Drive accountability through proactive issue ownership and timely resolution
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience supporting ODM/OEM manufacturing environments or server system solutions
Direct exposure to supply chain, procurement, or sourcing functions
Strong understanding of:
BOM structures
Design processes for Thermal Liquid Cooling in server and rack-level systems
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly:
Excel (including data analysis, pivots, and lookups)
PowerPoint
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proficiency in English; bilingual Mandarin preferred
Solid foundation in procurement and supply chain principles
Location: Secaucus, New Jersey
