We enable clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edge ideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Overview of the organization:</span></b></p><p>The COO Enterprise Solution Engineering capability is responsible for the development of best-in-class technology platforms for Operations, including development of an integrated portfolio of Operations tools, end-to-end solution design for large scale transformation initiatives, design governance, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for driving operational efficiencies.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Role</span></b>: &nbsp;</p><p>This is is a senior level position responsible for leading variety of Solution Architecture &amp; Design activities including the analysis of functional requirements, evaluation of different options and presenting comparative analysis along with recommendation to senior stakeholders. Individual will apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to grasp all facets of the multiple dimensional business problems and develop solution options.</p><p>Individual needs to be results-oriented, innovative and motivated to drive opportunities in efficiency gains, enhanced controls and extendible scalability. This is articulated and demonstrated through various types of architectural artifacts. This high performing team designs enterprise-wide solutions for critical business needs leveraging solutions, business, technical, and data architecture. Key stakeholders include operations teams, product teams and application development teams from different LoBs &amp; functions within the organization. These engagements are global.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop solution design options for enterprise-wide initiatives, evaluate the art of the possible, and devise recommendation options across several evaluation dimensions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmap</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluates and tests potential architecture solution designs to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that all integration of functions fulfill business goals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products and services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience in data structures and its impact on design principles as well as proposals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advise or mentor junior team members</span></p></li><li><p><span>Impact the solution design by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><p><span>10+ years of relevant experience in Business Architecture, Analysis, Solution Design, and/or Product roles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record of operational process engineering, change and improvement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Project / Program Management experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated analytic &amp;
